DCSAA COVID-19 INFORMATION
DCSAA MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION
To apply to become a member school in the District of Columbia State Athletics Association for the 2024-2025 school year please complete the DCSAA Membership Application and SUBMIT it to the registration below.
There is no need to began OR submit this registration if you have not completed the membership application or do not plan to apply to become a member school. Please WAIT until you complete the Membership Application to begin the membership registration.
NEW DATA COLLECTION PROCEDURES
In order to better serve our stakeholders the DCSAA will be implementing new data collection procedures that will go into effect at the start of the 2019 fall athletic season. The new process will streamline current procedures for the following:
- Seasonal Roster Submission
- Student Transfer Clearance
- Waiver Applications
- Complains and Challenges
- Coach and Athletic Director Certification
- Title IX Data Submission
Each new process will be explained in the sections below, along with links to submission forms for each.
DCSAA RULES FOR INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS
Chapter 27, INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS, of Subtitle 5-A DCMR, OFFICE OF THE STATE SUPERINTENDENT OF EDUCATION, is repealed in its entirety.
A new Subtitle 5-F DCMR, DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA STATE ATHLETIC ASSOCIATION, is established and a new Chapter 1, INTERSCHOLASTIC ATHLETICS, of Subtitle 5-F DCMR, is established.
Be sure to review the documents to the left to familiarize yourself with the new policies. Policies based on the new rules will be enforced at the start of the 2024 Fall athletic season.
