St Albans Boys soccer team was in control of this match through the second half holding off Gonzaga with a 1-0 lead leading into stoppage time. Gonzaga struck with less than one minute left to tie the match 1-1, which lead to Overtime. Both teams staved off runs to attempt to end the game with a golden goal but both stood strong on defense. After an exciting OT Period ended, the match saw another tough defensive battle throughout its second OT period with no goals scored. After two brilliant OT Periods, the match moved to PKs, where a sell out crowd saw Gonzaga score 4 PKs to St. Albans 3. Securing another back to back undefeated season.
